Jim is a senior-level executive with over 35 years of experience in the power generation industry, including renewable platform management, project development, asset management, operations, and maintenance.

He has over 20 years of direct renewable industry experience with a focus on business strategy, project development and financial optimization with startup and mature renewable energy organizations. He possesses strong abilities in the resolution of complex engineering, technical, business, commercial, and personnel issues in a demanding operational environment.

Jim holds engineering degrees and an MBA with a concentration in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Walt is a senior-level executive with more than 35 years of utility and IPP energy experience, and more than 20 of those years specializing in wind energy development, engineering and construction, operations, and asset management. He has a successful track record of leading multiple wind platforms with a focus on profitability, asset optimization, and workplace culture. He also has more than a decade of engineering and project management experience in fossil and nuclear generation.

Walt holds an engineering degree from the University of Miami and an MBA specializing in entrepreneurship. He is a strong team player, who excels at formulating and executing mission critical business and technical strategies.
